This website, thecampmugs.com, is operated by Camp Mugs ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting the site or buying from us, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
OUR PRODUCTS
We sell full-face printed balaclavas. Each item is printed on demand after you order. Because of the printing process, slight differences in color and placement compared with the pictures on the site are normal. The faces shown are fictional characters made for this store.
Our products are novelty items for fun and cold-weather wear. They are not protective equipment and are not designed to protect against injury, fire or extreme cold.
PRICES AND PAYMENT
Prices are shown in US dollars. We may change prices at any time, but the price you pay is the one shown at checkout when you place your order. Bundle discounts are applied automatically in the cart. Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card number.
ORDERS
We may refuse or cancel an order, for example in case of a pricing error, suspected fraud or an address we cannot ship to. If we cancel an order you paid for, we refund you in full.
Because each item is made to order, you can cancel an order only before it goes into production. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel.
SHIPPING
We ship to the United States only. Shipping is free. Delivery usually takes about 3 to 4 weeks from the day you order. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping policy.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
If your item arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, or if it does not arrive, we replace it or refund you. We do not accept returns for a change of mind or for size, because each item is made to order. See our Refund policy.
USE OF THE SITE
You agree not to misuse the site, including by trying to disrupt it, access it without permission, or use it for any illegal purpose. All text, images and designs on this site belong to Camp Mugs or are used with permission, and may not be copied without our written consent.
REVIEWS AND COMMENTS
If you send us comments, photos or reviews, you allow us to use them to promote our store. We publish only real reviews from real customers.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection laws.
