Refund policy

Every Camp Mugs balaclava is printed on demand for your order.

Damaged or misprinted item: if your balaclava arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will send you a replacement or give you a full refund, your choice.

Wrong or missing item: if you received the wrong item or your order did not arrive, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date and we will make it right.

Change of mind: because each item is made to order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or for size. Please check the size and care information before you order.

Refunds: approved refunds go back to your original payment method. Your bank may take a few business days to show it.
